Coaching terms

Scope
These terms apply to the one-to-one coaching sessions offered on the Coaching page. A session is a video call, of the length shown when booking, to work on your study plans: choice of programme, motivation letter, visa application or interview preparation.
Provider
Name or company name, address and company number to be completed. Contact: contact@theanalyst-travel.com.
Free sessions
Free slots are offered while places last. Each person can only have one upcoming free session at a time. If you can no longer attend, let us know by replying to the confirmation email so the slot can go to someone else.
Paid sessions
When no free slot is available, you can request a paid session. We then email you a time, the price and the payment details. The session is confirmed once payment is received. Nothing is owed until you accept this proposal.
Cancellation and rescheduling
• By you, up to 24 hours before the session: full refund or a new time, as you prefer. • By you, less than 24 hours before the session, or if you do not attend: the session is due. • By us, for any reason: full refund or a new time, as you prefer. To cancel, reply to the confirmation email or write to contact@theanalyst-travel.com.
Right of withdrawal
If you act as a consumer, you have 14 days from the confirmation to withdraw without giving a reason. If you ask for the session to take place within that period, you lose this right once the session has been fully delivered.
Liability
Coaching is personal advice. It does not replace a lawyer’s opinion and guarantees neither admission nor a visa: those decisions belong to the institutions and the authorities.

Disputes
If there is a disagreement, write to us first: we will look for an amicable solution. You can also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsman.be/en). These terms are governed by Belgian law.
